Your Role:

  • Serve as the technical liaison between PG:ai and our clients, ensuring a seamless integration and deployment of our platform within their systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, empowering them to fully leverage the capabilities of our platform for their sales intelligence needs.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identify potential issues before they become problems, and work collaboratively with clients to implement solutions.
  • Gather feedback from clients on platform usage, features, and performance, and work with the product development team to inform new features or enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, how-to guides, and best practice recommendations, to support client needs.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, setting the standard for excellence within the team.

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • A strong background in customer success or technical support in a SaaS environment, ideally with experience in sales intelligence or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • A deep understanding of software integration and troubleshooting processes.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
